Knit along with me as I design 52 weeks of miniature sweater ornaments. Starting the last week of December 2015, I  will release a new pattern every week for you to knit. By Christmas 2016 you will have 52 sweaters to decorate your Christmas tree or use as package toppers.

If you are like me, you hate to knit on 4 or 5 double pointed needles and you hate to sew seams. My sweater design is knit all in one piece so there are no seams. And my sleeves and pullovers are knit in the round using only 3 double pointed needles. It’s less awkward than trying to manipulate 4 or 5 needles, especially on tiny garments.

All sweaters will follow 2 basic patterns (cardigan and pullover). They are knit on size 2 needles with sport weight or dk yarn. Each sweater is hung by a miniature coat hanger which you can purchase at any craft or doll store.  So gather your needles and yarn and start knitting with me on December 28th.

I love miniatures and design dolls, so I adore and am grateful for the tiny patterns – thanks so very much.
